Frequently Asked Questions

How do I pay (Stripe vs Apple Pay / Google Pay)?

You can checkout securely in seconds using Apple Pay, Google Pay, or any major credit/debit card powered by Stripe 256-bit SSL encryption with immediate digital activation.

Is this aligned with the 2026 IFoA syllabus?

Yes. All 132 concepts, Paper A written questions, and Paper B R/Excel practical suites are mapped directly to the official 2026 Curriculum standards.

What happens after 12 months?

Your pass simply ends and you return to the free tier — there is no automatic renewal and nothing is taken from your card again. We'll show a reminder in your account for the last 30 days. Your progress, accuracy history and flashcard intervals are all kept, so if you renew later you carry straight on. Renewing early adds 12 months on top of the days you have left, so you never lose time.

What is your refund and cancellation policy?

As a UK consumer you normally have 14 days to cancel a digital purchase. Because the All-Access Pass gives you the complete question bank, worked solutions and executable models the moment you pay, we ask you to confirm at checkout that you want access to start straight away — and that doing so ends your 14-day cancellation right once you have started using the content.

If you have paid but not yet accessed any Pro content, email us within 14 days and we will refund you in full. We will also refund you if the service is faulty or not as described. Nothing here affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. To explore before buying, the Maths Foundations module and daily 5-question drills are free forever.
